Entry Level

Position parts and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, examine connections for correct fit, complete production and quality forms, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Must pass Nexus ESD training and test
• Must be dedicated to producing a high quality product

Nexus Application



Tests function of electronic assemblies, components, and parts according to established procedures, using computerized or standard test equipment. Connect electronic assembly, component, or part to instruments such as multi-meter or oscilloscope, or connect to computerized manual, semi-automatic, or automated test station. Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) for test procedures. Accept units that pass test, reject units that fail test and document on appropriate paperwork the defect or the point at which the unit failed in the test procedure.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to solder as well as inspect to the IPC J-STD criteria
• Must have excellent hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing PCB’s is preferred

Nexus Application

Manufacturing Engineer


Develop, implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflows by designing new programs, applying product design knowledge, assist in selection of tooling and materials needed for new or revised products. Consult with equipment maintenance technicians to test manufacturing methods and equipment. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flows, space and time provisions, and equipment layout. Apply continuous improvement skills to drive improvement initiatives using cross-functional teams and team oriented problem solving.
• 7+ years in manufacturing; 5+ years using design and/or engineering skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and understand the process flows and process interactions
• Experience with APQP, LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO methodology
• Experience working in a rapid prototype environment preferred

Electrical Design Engineer

Senior Level

Develop circuit designs using schematic entry, PCB design, and circuit simulation tools. Produce design drawings, diagrams, calculations, and presentations to communicate accomplishments, status, challenges, solutions, and recommendations to the design, manufacturing, and management teams. Hands on verification, design, troubleshooting, and improvement of circuit designs. Utilize oscilloscopes, multi meters, thermal chambers, spectrum analyzers to verify, validate, and improve designs.
• BSEE degree in electrical engineering or related science field
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronic design using embedded processors, memory, op-amps, switching power supplies, bridge circuits, etc.
• Knowledgeable in the design theory of complex multi-layer circuit boards, experience with rigid-flex circuits is a plus
• Self-motivated, eager to research, learn, and implement new technologies

Software Engineer

Level II

Create code for a custom in-house Industry 4.0 application using web technology languages
(PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Programmer will fix bugs and add new code. Debug and troubleshoot existing program codes and correct errors as required; provide support to resolve systems-related issues. Provide in-depth technical web application programming expertise that meets technical specifications and business requirements. Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of complex application software while compliant with project standards and processes related to producing quality software products and documentation.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Profound knowledge of database query languages like Oracle, PL SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access
• Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory

Mechanical Engineer

Level I

Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials. Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties. Develop mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
• BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering field
• Minimum two years of experience as a mechanical designer.
• Detailed knowledge of, and ability to use, CAD equipment such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor 3D, etc.
• Self-motivated, eager to research, learn, and implement new technologies
